Owner Kelly Veal always loved doing home improvement projects. Raised in a family of contractors including her father, she was able to gain first hand knowledge of the property revitalization process.
During her corporate career, Kelly worked in various roles in the corporate world before she founded the company. She gained valuable years of customer service experience working as a Supervising Agent with Liberty National Life Insurance Company and also as an Assistant Branch Manager with U.S. Bank.
Like many Americans, Kelly made the decision to pursue her ultimate of building and owning her own small business. She founded the company in 2021, using Thumbtack as a springboard to find customers.
Since that time, referral business has started to allow Kelly and her team to take on larger projects. She attributes this to running her business based on 3 simple but powerful core values -- deliver high quality work, price your work fairly and go out of your way to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. When she is not working with her customers, Kelly has donated her tie and expertise as a Board TreasurerBoard Treasure with the Agape Homeless Restoration Center.
