The 80 Stevens Ave duplex in Franklinton was in need of a full remodel. The project included cleaning, patching and repair of damaged walls and ceilings on the first and second floors, as well as installation of new ceiling in the in the kitchen area. Installation fo new flooring in the kitchen as well as leveling of the cabinets and counter tops. All rooms and cabinets were painted.
